Lauren LaHaye
Intern
When was the last time you felt authentic? What does love smell like to you?
I invite you to step into a world of nonjudgemental healing and self-discovery with me, where inner child work meets existentialism and creativity knows no bounds.
I believe in creating a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore and heal from past traumas, while also empowering them to create a more fulfilling and meaningful life. In my practice, I incorporate “parts work” through Internal Family Systems (IFS), sand tray techniques, and art as tools for self-expression and exploration. These creative modalities can help clients access deeper, subconscious parts of themselves and gain insights that may be difficult to articulate verbally.
I specialize in working with children as young as 5 and adults of all ages. I approach counseling
through a trauma-informed lens, particularly in areas of anxiety, depression, spirituality, grief, and self-empowerment. My passion lies in neurodivergence, inner child work, life transitions, authenticity, and existentialism. I remain flexible as a counselor, molding my therapeutic approach specifically to my client’s interests, needs, and goals.
I am dedicated to ongoing personal and professional growth and am committed to supporting my
clients on their own journeys of self-discovery and healing. Remember, you are capable of creating the life you desire. I am here to support you, to guide you, and to empower you on your path towards healing and growth. Together, we can explore the depths of your inner workings, and uncover the strength and resilience that lies within you.
Outside of counseling, you can often find me barefoot in the grass, playing with my dog, laughing with my loved ones, planning my next adventure, or kicking around a soccer ball.
